how was that not passable??? my top spec for an aging pitcher and a shitty reliever you need to re-evaluate the value of the players you were getting, and the value of your "top spec" There's a reason we (the council) exist.

Preventing idiots from getting ripped off? If that's the point, you guys should really pay more attention to Zappa's trades.

yes i do agree that shaver is a risk but if birdman is willing to risk it, shouldnt u let him he wants to rebuilld his team, and when shaver developes he'll be a good pitcher to build around

but if birdman is willing to risk it, shouldnt u let him if that were the case having a council would be pointless, as everyone is "willing to risk it" in any trade they make.

although I agree with having a trade council, I think that there should be certain trades that are passed that might not be fair. For example, if you want to dump salary.

The Council will usually factor that in, at least from what I've seen.

Yeah, the council is usually pretty annoying when it comes to that. In TSG's league I've tried to trade Magglio Ordonez three different times in trades I knew were unfair just to get rid of him but the council shot the down.

If you're trading another spec that won't develop, that might be a safe assumption.
