1. Finish FA signing period
2. Start putting in player points
3. Put all trades in that are passed *stares menacingly at trade council members that have to vote*
4. Do Spring Trainng (details in my next post in topic)
5. Put up new league file

Spring Training:
Each player has an opportunity to improve in ST. the default settings for each player is such:
hitters: contact hitting-5 / power hitting-5/ strike zone judgement-5 / defense-5
pitchers: pure stuff-5 / /pitching velocity-5 / pitching control-5 / stamina-5
now in order to increase the chance that a player receives a ratings boost (not talent) in any of those categories you must increase the number. however the only way to increase the number is by lowering the number in another category putting the player at a risk to lose rating points in the category you took them away from.
there is also the ability to teach a player a new position but it requires 5 points and doesn not have a high success rate.
each team can send in a few players that they want to train themselves but only a few. any more than 5 and i will ignore your request all together.
