How strange, the two GMs I would have voted for GM of the year playing against each other in the World Series. Actually, it's pretty close between Dave and Beane. Hope Cleveland wins it, that way It'll be all the more sweeter if I can actually win the division.

What, he overpaid a bunch of FA's and still didn't win the division? rofl. Goncalves or Beane should get it.

Dave made a pretty drastic over haul from when he got the Padres. It's pretty impressive how fast he got them respectable. I think my vote would go to Beane, but Dave's not far off.

Yeah, Dave took the San Diego Suckdres(yes, worst name ever) and made them respectable/good. I don't care if he doesn't have the wins that you have, Zappa, you started with a good team and got great luck with Kyser. He had nothing, and made something, something I couldn't do.
Dave >>>>>>>> Zappa, and I'm voting Dave for NL GMotY.

I started with a team that had underdeveloped prospects. I acutally took the team soley because of EJ and how awesome he was. I eventually after two seasons traded away Guzman, LaRoche, and Billingsley (who have flourished with other teams) right after winning the WS. I traded for Sheets, and had that insane rotation for a while, before I shipped that away too for offense.

Monday 10/25/2012 : J.C. Romero has lost some movement on his pitches...
This is fucking gay. Every FA I signed has taken about 4 or 5 MAJOR hits this year.
Young, Romero, etc..
This couldn't get any more fucking retarded.
