since this board will be gone for 24 hours at the end of the day i thought i would sim twice today since i wouldn't be able to fairly do it tomorrow.
there is a good chance that thurs sim is pushed back to fri if things don't get updated fast enough.
any objections?
the sims would be 3ish and then at 11ish east caost time.

i actually object. by simming twice, no one can get changes in from one sim to the next, which is something the many teams in playoff races are depending on.
also, the board won't necessarily be gone for 24 hours. it says up to 24 hours. it said that updates generally start 11pm pacific time, and last 12-24 hours. Given the relatively small amount of posts here compared to other boards on the server, i'd assume this one would be at the lower end of the scale in length. i'd say sim today, and then just don't sim wednesday if there is any issue with the board's availability.

if there was a problem that would be it. i have no problem just simming once today and then seeing what happens on wed.
can always make up a missed wed sim on fri.

definitely. thats what i would have suggested, i just didn't want to say you had to sim on friday, since i didn't know your schedule. but worst comes to worst, it wouldn't kill the league to miss a sim for one day.

Meh, I kind of have to agree with Net. Many teams are in the playoff hunt. About six or seven teams have the potentional to be in the post-season in the NL. By simming twice in one day. Too many things happen.
...Besides, Netsfan goes into the off-season in his league tomorrow, and HB's league is up and running. I can live a few days without a sim.
