Seriously, I've had this problems with a few people (though not in this league often). If you don't respond there's no way to be able to work a deal if you're just ignoring it.

if it was one of the following two owners then the reason is pure inactivity:
cards (quit thru email after i asked him what was up)
reds (signed up and then disappeared)
