you wouldn't be talking about cain and valdez, would you?
actually it depends on the age of the specs and how well developed they are. 2 MLB ready or near MLB 5 star specs wouldn't be worth oswalt.
a 4 and a 5 star spec would be a little more even if they were both MLB ready or near that.
