What is considered the minimum for a pitcher to have to be a starter? I'm considering moving someone, but he only has 51 endurance.

There really isn't a set minimum, but if you got a guy pitching with 60 or lower endurance you shouldn't expect him to get out of the sixth inning very often.

it can, with boosts, but there's no guarantee he'll get any. plus endurance has no talent rating and usually stays about the same over the course of a career, not taking into accoun boosts or hits.

you can get away with starting 51 endurance in the 5th spot

VERY BASIC ENDURANCE GUIDE FOR STARTERS
10 endurance = 1 inning during a start.
that's pretty much what you can expect on average from a starter. Obviously he will have good/bad starts where he goes longer/shorter.

and if you are going to start a low stamina guy (i would say 50 is the bare minimum). make sure he has good control so he isnt throwing as many balls and walking too many guys. high control ratings = lower pitch counts for the most part.

I experimented this once. Endurance x (3/2) = number of pitches thrown per game
