Yeah, I agree with HR. A 4.5 spec, and a pick that will yield at least a 4.0 for a 35 year old with two and a half seasons of a 4.70 ERA. Those later picks aren't even close to making up the difference in value here.

Never thought I'd ever agree with HR, but yeah, Arizona is overachieving, and even with Oswalt, should finish near or just above .500. No way.

2nd rounders are usually luck, the guy with the 1st pick may get a mediocre guy, but the guy with the 15th may get a potential all-star.
