i'd bet money GS sent this copy to dank, and put the free fan interest in to help try to sway some sort of a decision (seriously, there is no denying it, even though he'll come in and either say it isn't, or tell me to die. possibly fucking die).
anyway, given beltre's horrid contract (which runs for 3 full seasons after this one), why the hell should he warrant a guy who is younger, cheaper, and arguably better? fuck no.

I put it there because that what he is. A scrub with his ratings has no value at all otherwise.
You just seem to have a vendetta against me net.

I can afford this because I dumped Breton, 8 mil in this deal, and 8 mil in the other deal (still pending)

what i'm more concerned about is the future for you... like, that 9 million is basically wiped out by this trade, but only this year.

BAL can afford this. After all the trades his payroll would be 65, and he has another 15 million coming off next year.
Plus Morneau could easily ask for an extension close to what Beltre is making.

This is somewhat my problem with the whole trade council thing. The purpose of the Council isn't to decide if both parties are getting a good deal, which it has evolved into. The purpose is to prevent blatnet rip offs and cheating via collaboration. Neither of those are occuring. Clearly the two managers involved know full and well what they are getting into, and since it's their team, they should be able to manage it in the way they see fit. I'm sure they both have good reasons for the trade. It's their team, they should be able to manage it how they want unless it's extremly unfair.
Just my 2 cents, whatever it's worth.

You just seem to have a vendetta against me net. how many times does i have to say this? get over yourself. stop thinking you're the focus on everyone's mind. you're 1 or 30, no more, no less. don't think you're going to be exempt from anything that everyone else is subject to, including heavy scrutiny. oh yeah, and you're a dick, so go blow yourself. have a nice day
