Okay, 3 years 16.5 mil.
Either I fuck up his financials or I fuck mine up. Doesn't really matter to me.
By the way, I guess this makes Berkman and A-Rod even more must go... LOL.

i would also allow you to reduce your bid if the new rule is something owners don't think would work. otherwise outbidding the minimum by 5 mill would be pretty . . .oh i dont know . . .stupid.

No, it's smart, since I know that sved offered him 14.5 as a resign offer.
I'm not stooped.

i said that because if sved is not allowed to bid once a steal attempt has been put in then the extra 5 mill will be a pretty stupid move. judging by last year most owners don't seem inclined to risk a spec for a stud player.

i never intended owners to be able to bid on their own players. it was either get them for the franchise pricew or lose them right then and there and be compensated for it.
this is a new process as far as i know for ootp leagues so there are some things that weren't included in the rules because i knew what direction i wanted to go with the process but didn't spell out clearly.
this franchise method is a leanriong process and because no one tried to steal last year none of these questions were asked.
